OVERVIEW
With beautiful Bay Area imagery, on-location interviews
and motion graphics, this video was commissioned by Hands
On Bay Area to motivate donors and volunteers to become
involved with their organization. In 2007, this video won
the National Hometown Video Award for Best Documentary Public
Awareness.

OVERVIEW
My goal was to craft an engaging artistic piece for this
unique arts organization, reflecting the blend of art and
music that is available for all at the Community School
of Music and Arts. This video was awarded Best Educational
Profile from the 2008 National Hometown Video Awards.

OVERVIEW
I conceived the idea for this interactive tool during early
planning sessions for the Accidental Science: Music project.
During my internship, I was interested in exploring music
composition through body rhythm. This online interactive
employs “stepping”, a dance expression created
by African American fraternities which uses the body as
a percussion instrument.
